The Fix Kit
Thirty days from purchase, for any reason. Email kenny@hyder.me from the address you bought with, or reply to any email from us, and the refund is issued to the original payment method within two business days. No form, no call, no questions. Refunds revoke library access to the refunded items.
The Launch Review
Refundable in full until work begins, which is when you send the access details. After delivery of the findings document it is not refundable.
The monitor
When subscriptions open: cancel from the customer portal at any time and the next charge stops. A monthly charge made in the seven days before you cancel is refunded on request. Annual plans are refundable in the first thirty days, less the Complete kit if you downloaded it.
The grader
Free, so there is nothing to refund.
